PURPOSE:To attain easily and correctly the input work even by a blind person by making a keyboard into a braille system. CONSTITUTION:The system is constituted of a braille system keyboard 1 in which a key top is displayed by the braille so that a desired key can be selected with the sense of touch by a blind person, an effective information instructing means 2 to instruct whether or not the signal inputted by the braille system keyboard 1 is used as the effective information, an effective information sending means 3, a braille displaying means 4 to punch out automatically, onto a paper, the braille character which the blind person can judge by the instruction from the effective information sending means 3 or a processing device 5 and the processing device 5 to execute respective types of processing. Namely, by improving a means to confirm the press-down of the selected key, the system is for the blind person.
