ANTISTATIC AGENT FOR POLYOLEFIN

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain an antistatic agent capable of imparting an immediate effectiveness and persistence of an excellent antistatic effect to polyolefins, by blending an alkyldiethanolamine with a higher alcohol and a condensate of a carboxylic acid with glycerol. CONSTITUTION:This antistatic agent for polyolefins is obtd. by blending the following component A with the following components B and C in a weight ratio of A/B/C of 20-30/20-30/100-(A+B). (A): an alkyldiethanolamine of formula I (wherein R<1> is composed of a 16C alkyl group and an 18C alkyl group in a weight ratio of 40/60-20/80). (B): a higher alcohol of the formula R<2>OH (wherein R<2> has the same meaning as in R<1>). (C): a condensate of a carboxylic acid of the formula R<3>COOH (wherein R<3> is composed of a 15C alkyl group and a 17C alkyl group in a weight ratio of 40/60-20/80) with glycerol, which has a triester content of not higher than 10wt%.
