PURPOSE:To attain the excellent temperature characteristic and ease of circuit integration by connecting (n+1) differential pairs each having l:1 (l>1) of the ratio of emitter size of the input/output and summing collector currents of transistors (TRs) whose emitter area coefficient is '1' in the differential pairs. CONSTITUTION:The differential amplifiers from the 1st to the n-th stage amplify an input signal VIN sequentially and given an output VOUT. On the other hand, an input signal or an output signal of the differential amplifier at each stage is received by the differential pair from the 1st to the (n+1)th stage each comprising TR pairs whose emitter size is l:1 (l>1). The emitter size of TRs Q14, Q4,-, Qn4, Qn+14 is lso and the emitter size of TRs Q13, Q23,-, Qn3, Qn+13 is So. Each collector current of the TRs Q13, Q23,-, Qn3, Qn+13 is added by an adder circuit comprising TRs Q01, Q02 and converted into a voltage VLOG by a resistor R01. The titled circuit is operated from a low IF frequency, has excellent temperature characteristic with respect to a field detection voltage and offers ease of circuit integration. |
