PURPOSE:To improve the through-put of a system by selecting a user with a large total value out of the users to whom resources are not yet assigned and executing the assignment of the resources when a certain resources comes to be a low load. CONSTITUTION:The loads of a central processing unit, a main memory device and a channel are respectively 90%, 20% and 50% and weighting is respectively executed by 10, 80 and 50. Here, when the weighting is executed to values 7-9 corrected at every user 1, values 10-12 weighted at every user 1 are obtained and the total values are shown by 13. Consequently, the user selected by the example comes to be a user B to whom the value of 13 is the largest. In the values of 2-4, a user C is the user using a main memory device mostly, and when the user C is swapped in, there is the danger that the central processing unit comes to be a high load. When the selected user B is swapped in, without increasing excessively the load of the central processing unit, the load of the main memory device is increased and there is also the effect that the load of the channel is increased a little. |
