PURPOSE:To make it possible to accomodate and fix optical cut filters and a photosensor in a contact state in an envelope, by inserting the optical cut filters and the photosensor together through an opening on the rear side of the envelope and by deforming thermally thereafter the peripheral portion of the opening on the rear side. CONSTITUTION:After a UV cut filter 12, an IR cut filter 11 and a photosensor 4 are inserted, in a contact relationship with one another, through an opening 3 on the rear side of an envelope 1, three portions of the periphery of the opening 3 on the rear side of the envelope 1 are deformed thermally in such a direction as to reduce the diameter of the opening by using a heating rod such as a soldering iron, while said state of the inserted members is maintained. Then thermally-deformed portions 14 get in contact with a protecting film 10 of the photosensor 4, and thereby the movement of accommodated members is prevented. Accordingly, the UV cut filter 1, the IR cut filter 11 and the photosensor 4, which are the accommodated members inserted into the inside of the envelope 1 in the contact relationship with one another and shielded from light on the lateral sides thereof, are accommodated and fixed with their states of being in contact with one another and shielded from light on the lateral sides continued. A fabricating operation is thereby completed. |
