PURPOSE:To attain an optimum control by executing the control with a timer value updated based on the clock signal selected from plural clock signals having a different synchronizing object. CONSTITUTION:Plural clock signals having a different synchronizing object are obtained by a clock generating means (a). The selection of the clock signal is executed by a clock selecting means (b) and a timer value is stored into a timer value storage means (c). Further, based on the clock signal selected by the clock selecting means (b), the timer value of the timer value storage means (c) is updated by a timer value updating means (d) and the control with the timer value is executed by a control means (e). Thus, the optimum control can be facilitated.
