PURPOSE:To remove toner sticking to a blade used for removing toner from a reflecting panel every time so as to obtain clear projected pictures, by removing the toner sticking to the reflecting panel in such a way that the blade provided at a midway of the carrying path, along which the panel makes reciprocating motions between a photosensitive body and light projecting window, is moved upward and downward and the toner sticking to the blade by means of a magnet. CONSTITUTION:After a picture on a photosensitive body 4 is transferred to a reflecting panel 20, a blade 26 is retreated in the direction B by turning a lever 30 counterclockwise around a supporting shaft 29 by means of an electromagnet 27. The panel 20 is moved to a position below a light projecting window 6 and the picture on the panel 20 is projected on a screen by means of a projecting mechanism 7. When the panel 20 is moved to the photosensitive body side, the blade 26 descends with dead weight and scrapes away the toner on the panel 20. After the panel 20 passes, a toner container is brought up and the toner sticking to the blade is attracted to the magnet 44 of the container and put in the container. Since the toner sticking to the blade is removed every time in such way, the reflecting panel can be prevented from being contaminated and clear pictures can be projected always.
