<p>The present invention relates to a device for the continuous measurement of the humidity of food products, particularly suitable for the continuous measurement of the humidity of cereals. The divice comprises a measurement duct, microwave transmission means arranged at a wall of said duct, and microwave reception means arranged at an opposite wall of said duct; said duct being suspended by means of weighing means with elastic suspensions interposed. The device allows to perform the continuous analysis of the humidity of food products with high precision and reliability, with no danger of contamination.</p> |
