PURPOSE:To promote the reduction of labor for charging a grain to be mixed with bagged broken rice, by providing a fixed quantity flow joining part, in which the broken rice contained in a broken rice tank is conveyed by every fixed quantity joining a grain straightening conveyance process, in the conveyance process which conveys the grain from a grain straightening tank to a measuring device. CONSTITUTION:A grain is conveyed by a conveyer 16 by opening valves 15 of grain straightening tanks 2, while broken rice, allowed to flow out from a broken rice tank 3 opening its valve 19, is conveyed by a screw conveyer 20 joining in a hopper- shaped fixed quantity joining part 5 in the bottom side of a bucket elevator 23, and unpolished rice, mixed with a fixed quantity of broken rice, is fed into a storage tank 22 by lifting the bucket elevator 23. The mixed rice, when it is accumulated by a fixed quantity in the storage tank 22, is supplied to a metering tank in a measuring device 4 by opening a bottom side shutter 24 to be controlled by a control part, and if the rice, which is counted by a scale, reaches a fixed quantity, the unpolished rice is discharged by closing the shutter 24 of the storage tank 22 next opening a shutter of the measuring tank, being contained and packed by a fixed quantity in a vessel of paper bag or the like.
