发明名称 PHOSPHOR SLURRY RECOVERY APPARATUS
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To effectively recover a waste phosphor slurry, by installing a particle size distribution regulating mechanism by which classification and recovery are performed by means of a combination of recovery position and shake-off rotational speed for recovery. CONSTITUTION:A face panel 1 having a phosphor slurry injected therein through a nozzle 2 is fed to a recovery position and inserted into a recovery van 3 at a position of h2 in height as shown in Fig.b. The panel is acceleratingly rotated up to a revolution of r1 as shown in Fig.a, thereby causing the small particle phosphor in the upper layer of the phosphor slurry within the panel 1' to be shaken off so as to be collected in the upper recovery channel 7 of the van 3. The collected phosphor is led through a nozzle 4' into a tank 9 for storage. Subsequently, the panel 1'' is descended to a position of h1 in height, and its revolution is increased up to r2. The sedimented phosphor slurry is collected in a lower recovery channel 8 and is led through a recovery nozzle 4 into a recovery tank 5 for storage.</p>
