PURPOSE:To ensure higher safety by making no judgment that a crew wants to get off a car before it is detected that a door handle is operated and a door is opened whereby releasing the installation of a seat belt based on said judgment. CONSTITUTION:When a crew opens a door to get off a car with a handle operated, a handle switch 15 is turned on first. Accordingly, voltage applied to a timer 19 through an inverter 18 becomes high. Then, a door switch 12 is turned on, thereby making the output from an inverter 16 high so as to be applied to an AND gate 17. As a result, the output from the AND gate 17 becomes high in level whereby a transistor Tr1 is turned on for a certain time set by a one shot-multi 20, thereby turning a transistor Tr2 on for actuating a relay circuit 21. Accordingly, a motor 8 is driven for releasing the installation of a seat belt. |
