PURPOSE:To cancel the contradiction of time-serially-stored log information by storing time of before resetting the timer and that of after resetting it as log information at the time of resetting the timer. CONSTITUTION:Time is reset by a command operation from a keyboard 21 if an error, etc., occurs in the timer 25. A command decoding means 22 reads and decodes the inputted command. A time resetting means 28 is operated at the time of 'resetting time'. The time resetting means 28 reads present time, namely, time of before resetting from the timer 25. Then, said means 28 sets in the timer 25 reset time designated in the input command, stores present time and reset time in a memory device 27 as log information.
