PURPOSE:To easily and quickly level up the fixing structure of steel skeleton column base by a method in which a column for sliding is provided to foundation concrete, and a base plate movable on the column and a fixable ring are provided to the base of steel skeleton column. CONSTITUTION:One slide column 2 per one steel skeleton column is projectionally provided on a place where steel skeleton column is to be set on the upside of the foundation beam 1b of foundation concrete 1. The column 2 consists of a steel tube 2a buried by exposing its upper end side and concrete 2b packed into the tube 2a. A base plate 4 vertically movable on the column 2 is welded to the base of a steel skeleton column 3 and a fixable ring 5 is provided above the plate 4. In leveling up the steel skeleton column base fixing structure, the fixing is released by the ring 5, the column 3 is raised to a desired height by a lifter 12 and supported on a liner part 13, and the ring 5 is again clamped. The column 3 is then fixed.
