<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the title anti-smudging agent which has excellent smudging resistance and does not detrimentally affect the printability, by mixing a specified alcohol-aluminum compound, a solvent, and a resin. CONSTITUTION:6-60wt% preferably 10-50wt% 1-6C alcohol-aluminum compound (A) (e.g., mono-sec-butoxyaluminum diisopropylate) is mixed with 5-75wt% solvent (B) which is nonreactive with component A and comprises preferably a hydrocarbon solvent (e.g., an isoparaffin hydrocarbon solvent), and 5-75wt% resin (C) which comprises a hydrocarbon resin preferably soluble in a hydrocarbon solvent (e.g., a petroleum resin).</p> |
