PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. which has excellent transparency and appearance and can retain antistatic properties over a long period of time, by blending a thermoplastic resin composed of a methyl (meth)acrylate (co)polymer with an N,N-bis(hydroxyethyl)alkylamine. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. thermoplastic resin (A) having a methyl (meth)acrylate content of not less than 15wt% (e.g., a copolymer composed of 20-70wt% methyl methacrylate and 80-20wt% arom. vinyl compd.), composed of at least one member selected from the group consisting of a (co)polymer (a) of methyl methacrylate and/or methyl acrylate, a copolymer (b) of methyl (meth)acrylate with other copolymerizable vinyl monomer and a graft copolymer (c) obtd. by polymerizing methyl (meth)acrylate and optionally other copolymerizable vinyl monomer in the presence of a rubbery polymer, is blended with 0.05-10pts. wt. N,N-bis(hydroxyethyl)alkylamine (B) having pref. 8-18C alkyl groups wherein 12C alkyl accounts for not less than 35wt% of the total amount of alkyl groups.
