PURPOSE:To obtain easily producible laminated photosensitive body having high sensitivity with its photosensitive wavelength region in short wavelength region by providing a photoconductive layer contg. a specified diazo compd. on an electroconductive supporting body. CONSTITUTION:In a photoconductive layer provided in an electrophotographic sensitive body on an electroconductive supporting body, a disazo compd. expressed by the formula is contained. In the formula, R1 and R2 are H, lower alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aralkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aromatic, substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group. Suitable lower alkyl group in the formula is methyl, ethyl, propyl, etc., suitable aralkyl is benzyl, phenethyl, etc., suitable aromatic group is phenyl, naphthyl, anthryl, pyrenyl, anthraquinonyl etc., and suitable heterocyclic group is thienyl, furyl, pyridyl, carbazolyl. |
