PURPOSE:To produce the title resin which does not cause blocking during handling, by mixing a specified thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer resin with a thermoplastic resin other than urethane. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer resin (A) having a nitrogen content of 2.0-5.0 is mixed with a thermoplastic resin (B) selected from the group consisting of polybutadiene, a (hydrogenated) styrene/ polybutadiene copolymer and polyolefins excluding urethane in a weight ratio of 6/4<=A/B<=9.5-0.5. In this way, a thermoplastic elastomer resin can be obtd. which hardly causes blocking even in the form of a film and can be efficiently prepd., processed and stored.
