PURPOSE:To realize reduction in size of a device without local heating by arranging a resistor coaxially to a coreless coil and making said resistor non-conductive by cylindrically forming the flat coil. CONSTITUTION:A resistor 13 is arranged coaxially to a coreless coil 12, an electro-magnetic shield 14 is arranged around it and a resistor 13 is formed as explained below. Namely, the round bar type cores 16, 17 are arranged in both sides of the plate type core 15 and three blocks of flat coils 18a-18c are provided on the core by continuously winding the resistance lead to the right or left. Only the area being in contact with the cores 16, 17 of coils 18a-18c is integrally bound with a synthetic resin such as Araldite, unbound core 15 is removed. The coil as a whole is formed cylindrically and is attached to an insulating cylinder 19 so that the windings 16, 17 are placed closely. Thereafter, the windings 16, 17 are pulled and tightened in the gap of coils 18a-18c through the binding handle 20. Under this condition, the Araldite is coated to the entire part of coils 18a-18c and insulation cylinder 19 and then it is bound integrally. |
