PURPOSE:To stabilize abutting of a tape and a head, and to stabilize a recording and reproducing level by providing a rotary guide drum, and a fixed guide drum which has almost the same diameter and has been assembled by shifting its center position in the direction of a tape winding end position or a tape winding start position from the rotation center of the rotary guide drum. CONSTITUTION:The rotation center O1 of a rotary guide drum 2, and the center O2 of a fixed guide drum which has been provided on the lower side are shifted by a distance delta in the direction of a tape winding end point C. In this way, by providing the rotary guide drum which has contained a head by projecting its tip part by a prescribed amount, and the fixed guide drum which has almost the same diameter as the rotary guide drum and has been assembled by shifting its center position in the direction of a tape winding end position or in the direction of a tape winding start position from the rotation center of the rotary guide drum, an abutting state of the head and the tape in the tape winding start part, and the tape winding end part, namely, the start part and the end part for recording or reproduction can be stabilized. |
