PURPOSE:To decrease the transient fluctuation of an output potential by operating the tiled device so that a base potential of other transistor (TR) after the base potential of one TR is made stable sufficiently in the two TRs having the same polarity whose emitters and collectors are connected in common respectively. CONSTITUTION:Denoting the emitter current of a TR 10 and a current of a current source 12 as IE10, I0 respectively, then the TR 10 is active for periods from time t20 to time t23 and from t24 to time t27 and cut off for a period from a time t23 to time t24. Denoting the emitter current of TRs 9, 15 as IE9, IE15 respectively and the current of the current source 11 as I0, then the TR 9 is active for a period from time t22 to time t25 and cut off for periods from time t20 to time t22 and from time t25 to time t27. Since both the TRs 9, 10 are active for the periods from time t22 to time t23 and from time t24 to time t25, the TRs 9, 10 are ideally operated.
