PURPOSE:To make an electric circuit for detecting the position of a disk tray unnecessary and lower cost by sliding a disk tray from a blocking position to an opening position by a spiral spring. CONSTITUTION:When a disk tray 4 is slid in the direction of the arrow mark, a wound part of a spiral spring 20 is elongated and energizing force is accumulated as an end of the spiral spring 20 is attached to the disk tray 4. When the disk tray 4 is slid to a specified position, only a coupling pin 8 is coupled to the ear piece 26 of a clamper 21, and continues to turn the clamper 21 clockwise to prevent a chucking member 28 from striking against a disk 42. When the disk tray 4 is slid to a position where a hole 43 of the disk 42 faces a turntable 3, force so far turned a lifter 10 clockwise is removed, and accordingly, the lifter 10 is turned counterclockwise by its own weight, and lowers an end of lifted disk 42, and fits the hole 43 of the disk 42 to the small diameter part 33 of a turntable 3.
