PURPOSE:To prevent abrasion due to overload between a spacer ring subjected to the load of a pump discharge pressure chamber and a thrust screw by introducing discharge oil into a pressure chamber formed among the spacer ring, the thrust screw and a ring. CONSTITUTION:In the inside periphery of a spacer ring 2 separated at nearly equal distance from the axis core of a thrust screw 3, two grooves 19, in the axis direction, opening toward a ring 1 are provided and at the bottom of each groove 19 a seal pin 16 arranged on a plate spring 7 being an elastic member and a plate spring 7 are inserted. And a pressure chamber 31 is formed among the outside periphery of the ring 1 partitioned by the seal pin 6, the spacer ring 2 and the lower end face 30 of the thrust screw. The discharge oil form a discharge oil chamber 15 is introduced into the pressure chamber 31 and since the pressure of the ring 1 in the vertical direction is balanced, the abrasion between the spacer ring and the thrust screw is prevented.
