PURPOSE:To enable a printing wherein a bridge section is inconspicuous through a simple process by employing a cylindrical lens or a cylindrical mirror for aligning the focusing direction of a laser beam with the narrow direction of the bridge. CONSTITUTION:When a pattern A is punched through a stencil 3, for example, the narrow direction of a bridge B is aligned with the focusing direction of a laser beam, i.e. Z-direction. Since the laser beam is focused in Z-direction through a cylindrical lens 2 but not focused in Y-direction, a pattern punched through the stencil 3 is projected while being scarcely blurred in Y-direction but blurred in Z-direction. Consequently a printing wherein the bridge section B is inconspicuous can be achieved by regulating the blur in Z-direction in such a degree as the bridge section B is inconspicuous. Since the bridge B is quite narrow in Z-direction, the bridge section in inconspicuous even when the printing is performed without blurring forcibly. |
