PURPOSE:To enable mounting of the title laminated sheet on a high-frequency operating circuit and transmitter circuit to which a high-frequency clock is applied by making a dielectric constant and high-frequency characteristics low and favorable respectively, by a method wherein fluorine resin films are heated, pressurized and laminated on both sides of aromatic polyamide fiber cloth for unification. CONSTITUTION:A poly-p-phenylene terephthalamide fiber and polybenzamide fiber are used for an aromatic polyamide fiber which is fiber cloth. The aromatic polyamide fiber cloth 1 includes the nonwoven fabric and the blend with glass fibers. Ethylene chloride trifluoride resin and ethylene tetrafluoride are used as fluorine resin forming a fluorine resin film 2 whose fusion point is 200 deg.C or more is desirable. A laminated sheet A is obtained by a method wherein a plurality of fluorine resin films 2 are piled up on both sides of the aromatic polyamide fiber cloth 1, a plurality of sets of them are arranged between hot platens through a molding plate, heated, pressurized and laminated for unification. |
