PURPOSE:To obtain an underfloor heat accumulating type building suitable for cold area or the like, by a method wherein, a heat exchanger is provided at the downstream of warm-air in a heat insulated underfloor and the heat exchanger is connected to a hot-water reserving tank, provided in a room, through a pipeline while an indoor heater and the hot-water reserving tank are operated simultaneously and economically to obtain hot-water. CONSTITUTION:The floor 2 of a building 1 is formed by an air permeable structure and an air suction port of a warm-air heater 3 is arranged in a room while a warm-air flow-off port is arranged in a heat insulated underfloor 4. A heat exchanger 5 is arranged in the underfloor at the downstream side of warm-air and the heat exchanger 5 is connected to a hot-water reserving tank 6 through a pipeline. According to this method, heat medium gas for heating water is heated while circulating through the heat exchanger when the hot-water reserving tank is operated whereby the water can be heated without using an auxiliary heater in the hot-water reserving tank. Accordingly, hot-water may be obtained by operating the hot-water reserving tank economically and simultaneously with heating the room whereby an underfloor heat accumulating building, suitable for cold area or snow falling area, may be obtained.
