PURPOSE:To form a coaxial cable used even at a low frequency band by forming a slot of required constitution freely even when number of slots is increased and each slot angle is changed or even if the length of the slot is changed, so as to form the slot of required constitution freely. CONSTITUTION:In placing a metallic tape 8 forming an outer conducto of a leakage coaxial cable between a ponch 11 and a dice 10, a command is given to a drive device 14 by a signal from a controller 15, a rotary angle of a servo motor of a driver 12 is set and the ponch 11 is set so that an angle theta of the ponch 11 is suited to a slot angle theta2 of a slot 2 shown in figure. Thus, the 1st slot of a elngth l2 is punched from the tape 8, then the tape 8 is moved as shown in figure P2, the next rotary angle is commanded from the controller, the ponch 11 is set in response to the angle and the 2nd slot is punched. The said operation is repeated sequentially to form required slot group.
