PURPOSE:To smoothly and easily apply closing of a shutter by providing a tilt part at both sides of an engaging section engaged with an engaging piece provided to a shutter in a lock member so as to hold surely the shutter closing a window to the closed position of the window. CONSTITUTION:A 1st slope face 25 tilted toward the connecting section 24a and a 2nd tilt face 26 tilted toward the tip are formed to both sides of an engaging recess 27 to which a lock claw 21a to be locked at the tip of the engaging piece 21 provided to the shutter 14 is engaged. As for a magnetic sheet, in moving the shutter 14 to the position closing the windows 12, 13 of a jacket 1, the lock claw 21a to be locked at the tip of the engaging piece 21 provided to one end of the shutter 14 is engaged to an engaging recess 27 of a lock member 22 arranged to the jacket 1 side and the closing state of the windows 12, 13 by the shutter 14 is held, invasion of dust or the like via the window 12, 14 is prevented to protect the magnetic sheet 2.
