PURPOSE:To stabilize an output voltage by dividing the voltage of a voltage stabilizing means into two, comparing the divided electric potential with a reference electric potential by an error amplifier and executing the negative feedback of the difference to the voltage stabilizing means. CONSTITUTION:A stabilizing power source device has a TrQ2 to form a differential pair with a transistor (hereinafter, Tr) Q1 where a base is fixed to a ground potential GND and constitutes an error amplifier 100 together with these TrQ1 and Q2, the first electric current source I1, the third TrQ3, etc. A voltage dividing means 200 is constituted of the first - second resistances R1 - R2, and a voltage stabilizing means 300 is constituted of the second diode D2 and a Zener diode Z. From the connecting point with the base of the fourth TrQ4, the emitter of the sixth TrQ6 and the anode of the second diode D2, the output is fetched. Thus, since the dividing potential of the stabilizing means 300 is divided, compared and negative-fed back, the change of the output voltage can be decreased.
