PURPOSE:To form a thin and flat structure united with a magnet rotor and to set up the reflection factor of a polygon mirror surface to >=eighty and several % by forming a non-magnetic phase part on a required surface layer part of a carbon group alloy magnet rotor and forming the surface as a mirror surface. CONSTITUTION:Manganese-aluminum carbon group alloy magnet rotor mainly consisting of a face centred tetragonal ferromagnetic phase 7b is arranged oppositely to an electromagnetic coil 8, a non-magnetic phase part 7a consisting of alloy is formed on a required surface layer part of the magnet rotor and the surface of the part 7a is formed as a mirror surface. Consequently, the whole magnet rotor has a high reflection factor >=eighty and several % without losing magnetic characteristics as an original permanent magnet and a thin and flat polygon mirror surface united with the magnet and having a high reflection factor can be obtained and extremely excellent picture quality (multigradation) can be attained. |
