PURPOSE:To enable the performing of an immunological analysis briefly eliminating cleaning operation in the B/F separation, by a method wherein a liquid to be inspected is made to react with a particle bonded to antibody or antigen against antigen or antibody to be measured or a labelled antibody and passed through a specified filtration means to measure the amount of label within or without the filtration means. CONSTITUTION:A buffer 4 and a particle 1 bonded to antibody (or antigen) against antigen (or antibody) to be measured are contained in a reaction liquid. When a sample containing antigen (or antibody) 2 to be measured is added to the reaction liquid, an antigen-antibody reaction is caused. A labeled antibody 3 is added to the liquid. The reaction liquid is passed through a hollow fiber 5 composing a filtration means comprising a membrane with the pore diameter smaller than the diameter of the particle 1 to elute the labelled antibody yet to react outside the filtration means. Then, the amount of label within or without the filtration means is measured to perform a quantitative determination of the amount of antigen (or antibody) 2 in the sample.
