PURPOSE:To make an electronic apparatus small in size and light in weight by energizing a second rotary body in other direction by a first rotary body to which driving force is transmitted in a locked state, and releasing a second moving means from locked state. CONSTITUTION:A shifting lever 53 turns clockwise around a pin 59, and when locking of a locking piece 43 and a locking groove 54 is released, shifting levers 46, 53, 60 are moved in a moment in the direction D by elastic force of a spring 72. Thereby, gears 1, 69 are separated, and a pressing piece 47 is separated from leg pieces 26, 31. Consequently, a braking body 23 is turned counterclockwise around a fulcrum 27 by elastic force of a spring 33, and at the same time, a braking body 28 is turned clockwise around a fulcrum 32 by elastic force of the spring 33. Thus, transmission of rotational force is ceased, and braking bodies 23, 28 come into pressure contact in a moment with each of a supply reel stand 34 and a take-up reel stand 35 which tend to rotate by inertia. In such a case, a shifting means that releases pressure contact of braking bodies with the reel sands without controlling the braking bodies is provided.
