PURPOSE:To prevent flame induced into a device from extending into a discharging duct or out of a room by a method wherein a fire-extinguishing chemical is injected in case of occurrence of fire and an accumulated pressure of an accumulated pressure type fire-extinguisher tank of a fire-extinguishing device is decreased, resulting in that an operation of a discharging fan is stopped, a pump is driven and a cleaning liquid is ejected from a cleaning nozzle. CONSTITUTION:In case that a fire occurs at a pan during cooking operation, a temperature near a suction port 19 is increased, a melting metal in a fire sensor 31 is melted, a metallic disk is flown by a pressure of inert gas 24 within a fire-extinguishing chemical 22, liquid fire-extinguishing chemical is ejected from a nozzle part of a fire-extinguishing ejection nozzle and the oil flame is extinguished. At this time, a pressure in the fire-extinguisher tank 22 is decreased, and the discharging fan 20 is stopped. Alternatively, a pump 17 is operated, the flame extended into the main body 14 of a smoke discharging device is extinguished by the cleaning liquid injected from the cleaning nozzle 16. Further, since the discharging fan also remains stopped, the flame is prevented from extending to the discharging duct or outdoor part.
