PURPOSE:To obtain the panel of a semihard structure by using a reinforced glass durable against the benting of 3m or less of curvature for a light transmission substrate. CONSTITUTION:Reinforced glass having 0.2-0.7mm thick in which carbon fiber is buried in a mesh state in the glass near the surface of a light transmission substrate is used for the substrate. A photoelectric converter using the substrate is provided with a strength that no damage occurs against a bending of 3m or shorter of radius of curvature, and more preferably 1-2m of bending. Further, a frame is formed of a carbon fiber reinforced plastic having a strength durable against a dynamic bending, and the photoelectric converter of this invention is provided in this frame to strengthen the panel made of the frame and the converter against the mechanical bending. |
