PURPOSE:To make the strength higher, the handling easier, and to reduce the production of cracks owing to the heat cycle, by forming a porous substance by feeding a matrix aggregate to the pores of a thin and porous matrix reinforcement member subjected to an anticorrosion treatment, and moreover, furnishing a microporous layer as a foam shielding partition wall. CONSTITUTION:In order to compose a matrix, a matrix aggregate 13 is fed to the pores of a thin and porous matrix reinforcement member 12 subjected to an anticorrosion treatment, to form a porous body, and moreover, a microporous layer 14 is furnished as a foam shielding partition wall, at least on one side of the said porous body. Therefore, the product is stable to a corrosion by the molten carbonate 15, the mechanical strength is increased by the matrix reinforcement member 12 when the matrix is formed, and the handling is made easier. Furthermore, the adhesion to the matrix aggregate 13 is also improved, resulting in a stability against the heat cycle. |
