摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain high bubble pressure stably and prevent the flowing-out of phosphoric acid by fabricating a matrix from a mixture of substance, which has particle Sizes of 0.5mum or smaller and produces phosphate due to reaction with phosphoric acid, and phosphoric acid-proof substance powder with particle sizes of 1mum-5mum. CONSTITUTION:Phosphoric acid-proof substance particles are in contact with each other or even at maxium only 0.5mum distant between each other. On the other hand, phosphate particles precipitated by reaction with phosphoric acid are filled in the clearance between the phosphoric acid-proof substance particles and interrupt the flow path of the phosphoric acid with a part of themselves or narrow the flow path considerably. The mixture ratio is such that the substance producing the phosphate is 1-50w% for 99-50w% of phosphoric acid- proof substance powder. Thereby the clearance between the phosphoric acid- proof substance particles can filled in more densely than before the reaction with the phosphoric acid and the flowing-out of the phosphoric acid can be prevented.
