PURPOSE:To enable the keeping of pins in contact with one another securely when a jig is connected to an inspection body part, by arranging an upper keep plate for pressing a plurality of connecting pins downward and a lower keep plate into which a probe pin on the body side is buried. CONSTITUTION:First, an upper keep plate 16 is moved downward along a guide shaft. The upper keep plate 16 is moved downward initially to initially abut an upper rim of a connecter mounting plate 5. With the further driving of an air cylinder, a lower keep plate 13 moves upward to the position of the stopper. As the lower keep plate 13 is positioned at the position of the stopper, a probe pin 209 on the body side buried into the lower keep plate 13 gets in contact with pins 7 of a connecter 6 and further presses them 7 upward at a proper stroke. The tips of all the pins 7 are pressed downward uniformly with an insulation sheet 18 bonded on the bottom surface of the upper keep plate 16. Thus, all the pins 7 are sandwiched from above and below so as to be kept in contact with the pins 209 securely. Here, the mounting plate 5 will not be deflected.
