A kit of parts for use in the mixing and application of hardenable composition which comprises a box (9), a plurality of covering layers (3) able to form a pack (10) in the base of the box, a doubly adhesive coated base sheet (6) and a pallet having a support surface (1) adapted to be adhesively secured to the base sheet (6). The pallet rests, support surface (1) downwards, on the pack (10) and by virtue of the interposition of the base sheet (6) therebetween only the uppermost layer (3) of the pack (10) is removed when the pallet is removed from the box (9). The composition is mixed on a layer (3) which is discarded with residual composition when the application of the latter has been completed. A multi-usable adhesive layer is used to tack the layer (3) in place on the support surface (1). |
