A method and a device for correcting a video signal which is received by a device scanning an image area, in such a manner that the corrected signal takes into consideration the spatial movement of the scanning device with respect to the scanned image area. In this manner, the effects of a thrust movement, a yaw movement or a longitudinal inclination movement of an aircraft, for example, can be eliminated by means of an image area scanning device on board so that they are not included in a video output signal. |
