TREATMENT OF ALKALI SOLUBLE TYPE PHOTOSENSITIVE DRY FILM WASTE DEVELOPER

PURPOSE:To facilitate separation and recovery, by using alkaline earth metal chloride in an alkali aqueous solution to float and flocculate a dry film resin to continuously separate the same. CONSTITUTION:The developer 7 of a developing machine 6 is transferred to a stock tank 8 using a pump P1 and a definite quantity of the developer 7 is transferred to a reaction tank 9 from the stock tank 8 by a pump P3. The developer 7 is stirred by a stirrer 10 in the reaction tank 9 and calcium chloride is injected or added to the developer 7 from a calcium chloride tank 11. After reaction for a definite time, the developer 7 is sent to a belt-like filter 12 to separate a dry film 13 from water 14 and the particulate dry film 13 is allowed to fall in a dry film resin layer receiver 17 from the belt-like filter 12 by a doctor 15 and the water passing through the filter 12 enters an overflow tank 16. This cycle is repeated to perform treatment.
