PURPOSE:To install a system that can exchange data along with an existing data communication equipment that is so far making data communication of 1:1 by providing a signaling signal converting section and a multiple data resending section and making signaling transmission possible. CONSTITUTION:A signaling signal converting section 8 that converts signals for exchange from a data terminal 6 to digital signals and a multiple data resending section 7 that multiplies the converted signaling information with data instead of codes of validness and invalidness of data, and transmits repeatedly to conform to the speed of transmission of the data terminal and the speed of transmission of a circuit allotted to the terminal are provided in a remote adapter 5. Signaling information is transmitted instead of codes of validness and invalidness of data to a code area of validness and invalidness of data and multiplied with data and transmitted repeatedly to conform to the speed of transmission of a circuit allotted to the terminal, and the receiving side takes out one of repeatedly transmitted information.
