PURPOSE:To prevent the breakdown by the through current of switching elements, by preventing switching elements which perform switching alternately from getting into conductive state simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:A transistor Q11 is turned ON and a transistor Q7 turned OFF by switching signals outputted from an output control circuit, by which transistors Q3 and Q4 are surely turned OFF. After the transistors Q3 and Q4 are surely turned OFF, a transistor Q1 is turned ON later than a delay circuit composed of a capacitor C3 and a resistance R4. Thus, the generation of through current can be prevented.
