PURPOSE:The titled device having low maintenance cost of raw material discharging device, wherein a raw material is sent through a transporting device which has a feed opening and outlet for raw material and transports the raw material while heating and abruptly released from a specific discharging device set at the outlet to a low-pressure gas. CONSTITUTION:The top wall of a heating still 1 is provided with a raw material feed opening 1a and a steam exhaust vent 1d, the bottom wall is equipped with a raw material outlet 1b and a steam inlet 1c and a transporting device 2 is set above a receiver plate 11 having a great number of holes. A raw material sent from a feeder 5 is transported to a dropping port 11b of the receiving plate 11 by the transporting device 2 while heating the raw material by pressurized high-temperature steam and rapidly released from a discharging device 7 to atmospheric pressure. The discharging device 7 consists of a nozzle, the raw material is abruptly sent from pressurized high temperature to the atmospheric pressure by passing through the nozzle and expansion is continuously carried out.
