PURPOSE:To attain the minute adjustment of the frequency even if the entire oscillator is sealed by constituting the titled oscillator by a counter, a storage circuit storing and outputting the information from the counter and a changeover means using the output information from the storage circuit to switch plural frequency variable elements. CONSTITUTION:Even when the crystal resonator 5, the oscillaton circuit 6 and an oscillated frequency control circuit 7 are put in a sealing case 16, in giving a pulse to the counter 1 externally, the information from the counter 1 by the pulse number is stored and outputted in the storage circuit 2, whose output uses the changeover means 3 to switch plural frequency variable elements, whose frequency is varied. Thus, the change in the oscillated frequency by air-tight sealing and acceleration aging after acceleration aging of the crystal oscillator is absorbed. Thus, the entire crystal oscillator is sealed, then the entire rinsing of a printed circuit board mounted with the oscillator is much facilitated.
