PURPOSE:To eliminate an erroneous connection and the contradiction of an exchange connection process in the alteration of common station information by transferring new station information from a temporary station information area to an exchange station information area only when it is recognized that no influence is given on exchange connection process even if station information for exchange connection process is rewritten. CONSTITUTION:An exchange station information area 1 stores station information for exchange connection process, and makes all exchange connection processes based on an exchange connection station information area. A temporary station information area 2 is storage area that stores input station area temporarily, and exchange connection process does perform exchange connection based on the temporary station information area 2. An exchange process state supervisory program belongs to an exchange connection process and supervises the state of its own exchange connection process and transfers altered station information stored in the temporary station information area 2 to the exchange station information area 1 for exchange control in the case where no influence is given on exchange connection process even if the content of the exchange station information area 1 in which station information for exchange control is stored is rewritten.
