PURPOSE:To decrease number of parts by sticking full face conductors of 1st and 2nd dielectric, connecting one electrode of a varactor diode to the circuit pattern of the 1st dielectric and using the 2nd dielectric with small thermal resistance and large dierectric constant more than those of the 1st dielectric. CONSTITUTION:A cathode electrode of the varactor diode 1 is conneced to the circuit pattern of the dielectric 4 whose upper face is the circuit pattern and whose lower face is formed by conductors entirely and the entire face lower conductor of the dielectric 4 is stuck to the entire conductor of the dielectric 6 whose upper and lower fales are formed by the full face conductor. A conductive good heat conductor, e.g., a copper conductor 5 is penetrated to the dielectric 4. In using a 'Teflon(R)' glass fiber board as the dielectric 4 and selecting an alumina ceramic board having a small thermal resistance and a large dielectric constant as the dielectric 6, the heat of the varactor diode 1 is delivered to the dielectric 6 through the good thermal conductor having a smaller thermal resistance than that of the dielectric 4 and dissipated to a metallic chassis 8.
