PURPOSE:To reduce the contact area between the end part of a winding and a supporting insulation material, and increase the dielectric strength, by forming the supporting insulation material of a block-type supporting insulation material and a columnar supporting insulation material capable of adjusting the length. CONSTITUTION:A winding 5 is formed by winding a metal sheet 2 and an insulating sheet 3 so as to be overlapped around an insulating cylinder 4 arranged around an iron core 1 as a center. A block-type supporting insulation material 20 is arranged in the manner in which its one surface comes closely into contact with the upper and the lower end-surfaces of the winding 5. Further a columnar supporting insulation material 21 is attached to the insulating material 20, and this insulation material 21 is fixed to a shied 15 or a tank 12.
