PURPOSE:To provide the titled feed composed mainly of freeze-dried powder of fish or shellfish, having palatability to glass eel similar to that of tubificid and capable of being stored and distributed with little deterioration of the quality. CONSTITUTION:Fish or shellfish such as sardine, mackerel, tuna, cuttlefish, shrimp, short-necked clam, oyster, etc., (preferably cuttlefish) is crushed to obtain a paste and added with 0.5-3wt% binder (preferably gelatinized starch, etc.). The objective feed can be produced by pulverizing the mixture after freeze- drying. |
