<p>PURPOSE:An antibody, capable of linking to rat atrial sodium diuretic hormone having sodium diuretic, hypotensive, vascular smooth muscle vasodilator action, etc., and useful for obtaining knowledge of the measurement system and histochemistry of the hormone. CONSTITUTION:A monoclonal antibody obtainable by immunizing a mammalian plasmocyte (immunological cell) with a rat atrial sodium diuretic hormone (gammaANP) as an immunological antigen, fusing the resultant plasomocyte to a plasmacytoma cell to prepare a hybridoma, selecting a clone capable of producing an antibody recognizing the gammaANP therefrom and collecting from the above- mentioned clone.</p> |
