<p>PURPOSE:To easily install a subscriber circuit package using a digital processing LSI by executing a data initialization required at the time of applying the power source of the subscriber circuit package in the subscriber circuit package. CONSTITUTION:When the power source of the subscriber circuit package 100 is applied, a supply voltage is boosted to a limit voltage Vth capable of stably operating the circuit of the subscriber circuit package 100. A signal indicating a first time is outputted through a signal line 105 from a timing circuit 3, a reading request signal is transmitted to a nonvolatile memory circuit 2 through a signal line 103 from a control circuit 4 according to the signal indicating the first time, and a writing request signal is transmitted to the digital processing LSI 1 through a signal line 101 from the control circuit 4. In the nonvolatile memory circuit 2, after an access time TA, reading data is outputted. The reading data is transmitted via the control circuit 4 to the digital processing LSI 1 as writing data on a signal line 102.</p> |
