PURPOSE:To surely perform the neutralization of drainage by providing a neutralization liquid tank to the part upper than a neutralization treatment tank and joining both the outlet of neutralization liquid of the neutralization liquid tank and the inside of the neutralization treatment tank by the feed pipe of the neutralization liquid. CONSTITUTION:The water level is risen by feeding drainage in a neutralization treatment tank 3 and a float 8 is risen in accordance therewith. In case the water level of the tank 3 reaches some level and above, the front of a body detector 21 is interrupted by a water level detection rod 9 and a control device 22 actuates a driving device 14 to descend a shuttle valve 13. Therefore a principal storage part 11A and a small storage part 11B are separated by the valve body 13A of the shuttle valve 13 in a neutralization liquid tank 11. The prescribed amount of the neutralization liquid incorporated in the small storage part 11B is passed through the feed pipe 20 of the neutralization liquid and a small hole 19 and is wholly allowed to flow into the tank 3 and drainage is neutralized. Thereby the neutralization treatment can be surely performed at an adequate rate.
